Meet Jim DiFrangia
Jim enjoys hitting the green to play golf and attending concerts throughout Northeast Ohio.
As an account executive at Roopco, Jim DiFrangia provides copywriting, PR, integrated marketing and crisis communications support for our diverse client base. He has extensive experience across the manufacturing, energy, environmental services, retail, technology and food services industries—having worked with companies like Vitamix, First Energy, Eriez, Soundwhich and Cleveland Vibrator.
Jim was formerly an account executive for Stevens Strategic Communications, now a division of Roopco. Previously, he worked in corporate communications for First Energy, as a communications writer for Centerior Energy, an editor for Housewares Magazine through Advanstar Communications, and as an account executive for Griswold-Eshleman. In the years after college, he worked as a reporter and business editor for the Akron Beacon Journal and Medina Gazette.
Jim is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He serves as a board officer for the Northern Ohio Direct Marketing Association.
