Maddy believes most things are better with a reservation, a plan or a little friendly competition.

As an account coordinator, Maddy supports client accounts, helps coordinate projects, and assists in the execution of strategic communications initiatives across the agency.

Before joining Roopco, Maddy worked with Cleveland Clinic’s corporate communications team, where she supported media relations, internal communications and strategic storytelling initiatives.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in public relations and social media from Ohio Northern University. While at ONU, she gained hands-on agency experience through the university’s student-run communications agency and held leadership positions within the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), serving as both ONU’s chapter president and PRSSA national’s vice president of digital communications.

Outside the office, Maddy enjoys watching reality TV shows, shopping and golfing with her friends and family. Being the designated “planner,” she loves finding creative ways to bring people together, a passion she brings to her work as a public relations professional.
