Erin Reese Selected for the 2023 Cleveland Bridge Builders Program
Last week, the Cleveland Leadership Center named the participants of its 2023 Cleveland Bridge Builders program. Our very own Erin Reese, an account supervisor at Roopco, was among those selected for this year’s program, which will run from September 2022 through June 2023.
The Cleveland Bridge Builders program aims to prepare mid-career professionals for meaningful and impactful civil engagement by covering topics such as emotional intelligence, implicit bias, power and influence, and collaborative leadership. Within the cohort, members will be placed on teams and assist in leadership roles for local community organizations. The program includes 62 professionals from the surrounding Northeast Ohio region who were chosen through alumni panel reviews as a result of their strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
As an account supervisor for Roopco, Erin provides day-to-day management for our agency’s B2B, professional services and corporate clients. A strategic planner with a passion for storytelling, she has a strong background in internal communications, PR, social media and event management.
The Cleveland Leadership Center allows leaders of all ages to become change agents in the Cleveland community. The organization provides collaborative leadership training, education on civic issues and opportunities to connect with other local professionals.
