Kenzie Johnston Joins Roop & Co. As Public Relations Intern

Roop & Co. recently brought on another team member to the Cleveland agency! On January 5, Kenzie Johnston joined our strategic communications agency as a public relations intern. In this role, Kenzie will provide public relations and digital marketing support for our agency’s B2B, professional services, corporate and non-profit clients.

Currently a senior at Kent State University, Kenzie will graduate in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising, as well as a minor in marketing. Throughout her college career, she has worked on public relations and advertising campaigns, assisted in content creation, managed social media accounts and developed digital marketing strategies.

In addition to her internship with Roop & Co., Kenzie is a social media manager and fitness instructor at CycleBar in Hudson. Previously, she held marketing internship roles at Blue Ridge Media Company in Lakewood and the up-and-coming NaviSavi travel app. She is also an active member of Kent State’s advertising club and the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).
