Metal Detection Case Study Attracts Pharmaceutical Customers
Headquartered in Erie, Pa., Eriez is a global leader in manufacturing separation, metal detection and material handling equipment for processing industries. In an effort to attract prospective customers in the pharmaceutical industry, Eriez sought to land a high-quality media placement featuring a case study on its expansive line of metal detectors.
Eriez enlisted Stevens Strategic Communications (SSC), a division of Roop & Co., to develop a case study highlighting the installation of one of its metal detectors by customer Global Health Industries. As part of this, SSC conducted an extensive interview with one of Global Health’s production supervisors about its metal detector installation, including rationale behind the purchase, how the system has been integrated into its processing line and key results. Next, SSC developed the case study for use as a media placement, in sales literature and as a testimonial for the company’s website.
The case study was picked up by Tablets & Capsules, a national trade publication that serves the pharmaceutical market, and was subsequently featured on Eriez’s website for additional exposure. In addition, the case study has been regularly leveraged by Eriez sales representatives to attract and land prospective pharmaceutical customers.
