Carson Kostka Joins Roop & Co. As Operations Intern

Roop & Co. recently brought on another team member to the Cleveland agency! On May 18, Carson Kostka joined our strategic communications agency as an operations intern. In this role, Carson will assist team members with accounting tasks, special projects and marketing research for the agency.

Currently a sophomore at Ohio State University, Carson will graduate in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. During his first year of college, he enjoyed conducting research to predict budget forecasts and analyzing financial statements.

In addition to his internship with Roop & Co., Carson works pool maintenance at Avon Oaks Country Club. Previously, he was a lifeguard and served as a hockey camp staff member. He is also an active member of Ohio State’s Common Cents Investment Club.
