Roop & Co. Hires Account Executive to Join Growing Team

Roop & Co. recently welcomed another addition to our growing team! On May 17, Eric Alves joined our strategic communications agency as an account executive. In this role, Eric will provide support for the agency’s B2B, professional services, corporate and nonprofit clients.

Over his nearly decade-long career in the nonprofit, government and corporate sectors, he has provided internal communications, public relations, marketing, media relations, social media and crisis management support for a variety of national and local organizations.

Before joining our agency, Eric was a regional communications specialist for the American Red Cross of Northern Ohio. Prior to that, he served as a communications specialist for the Cleveland-based law firm McDonald Hopkins. Previously, he held roles as a press secretary for the Sierra Club in Washington, D.C., and as a communications director in the Massachusetts Senate. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Eric is a graduate of Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
