RPM’s Internal Newsletter Shares Inspiring Stories Around the World
To enhance its employee communications during the Covid-19 pandemic, RPM International Inc. sought to launch a bi-weekly internal newsletter to share inspiring stories about how its operating companies were collaborating to help build a better world and to highlight the incredible impact of their combined efforts. The newsletter includes three main components—a blog, an e-newsletter and a printable PDF.
RPM’s Around the World e-newsletter has averaged a 32% open rate and 20% click-through rate since its launch. Plus, engagement across its social media channels has jumped 267%. These metrics clearly demonstrate the value employees are getting from the newsletter content, as it drives collaboration and comradery among RPM’s 15,000 employees worldwide.
