Rebranding Delivers Competitive Edge for Innovative Software Company

Monolith Software

Challenge:

Monolith Software, a provider of carrier-grade, digital service assurance solutions for the network monitoring and management market, needed to undergo rebranding that would better resonate with the technology industry and position it as an innovative, dynamic and entrepreneurial company. It enlisted Roopco to execute a total rebranding of both the company and its AssureNow software platform.

Solution:

Roopco conducted extensive market research to gather valuable insights on top industry competitors and marketplace perceptions. It also coordinated internal stakeholder interviews and a communications audit, which helped determine key differentiators and brand messaging. Key findings were used to develop a new brand identity that aligned Monolith Software and its AssureNow product with its marketplace. This rebranding included new company and product names, logo and tagline redesigns, key messaging and branded marketing collateral. In addition, Roopco developed a new website that incorporated the new look and feel.

In addition, following the launch of its new website, Federos saw a significant increase in unique users, page views and average session duration, as well as traffic referrals from mobile devices and organic search.
